Internet connectivity quality in Telework environment has a high significance
In Silah, we prefer teleworkers to have a high speed internet connection (Fiber optic cables or 5G networks), as all of the online tools, meeting solutions, group e-classrooms, desktop and audio calls are significantly affected by the internet connection quality.
For example; one of the important indicators is Latency (Time delay), measured in ms. Accepted time delay in audio and conversation services is around 150 ms, where it's considered of a low quality if it exceeds 300 ms (causes echo or noise in sound).
Internet connectivity quality and speed can be measured from speed test website (http://www.speedtest.net), noting that using your service provider measuring server is prefered (ex. Saudi Telecom Company, Mobily or Zain)
