The Silah interview process is 100% virtual and is structured to review your experience, test your skills and help both of us determine if an at-home position is right for you. Our interviews last two hours and take place over the phone and in front of your computer.
Once an interview is scheduled, please be prepared for the following:
- Be in a noise-free environment
- Be on a phone that has mute capabilities
- Ensure you are in front of the computer you would use if hired
- A brief and simple online test of computer skills and time management ability
- With examples of your previous experience
- Display your great attitude and strong professional skills
